Throughout the issues I experienced with my truck Ariane was very upbeat, professional and caring. If it wasn't for Ariane, the experience with the Service department at Bruce Titus Ford would have been totally negative. From the service recommended and performed by the technicians to the ridiculous trade in offer received from the sales manager. I will not be returning.
