WITH ARIANE IS ALWAYS GREAT. BUT FOR SOME REASON THE 1 HR APPT. TURNED INTO BETTER THAN 2 HR?ARE OVERING BOOKING?WAS NEVER TOLD WHY. LOOKS LIKE THAT SOMEONE NEEDS TO RECHECK THE BOOKING SCHEDULE. Ariane was able to get our Lincoln in to have the AC looked at (for a faulty part that was fixed last year) when we came to pick up our F250 from the oil change, which was really helpful.
