Hello and welcome! As Service Advisor, I’m here to make sure that your needs are met and you have a top notch experience with us. Whether you’re coming in for routine maintenance or something more complex, I make it a point to listen compassionately and provide the information you need to make an informed decision about your car. Originally from Escondido, CA, I’ve been in the automotive industry for about five years now and I’m a Master Certified Advisor. Before that, I served in the U.S. Army and have had the great fortune to live in Germany, Holland and all over America. When I’m not working, I love to cook.

Great! My only complaint is the insistence of corporate on automatically sending out email after every little encounter to ask for a rating or a review, along with the implied pressure to submit a positive review. If I have a problem, I'll let somebody know. Otherwise, I'll keep coming back.

Brenda was easy to deal with even through all the stress and anxiety of having a whole new engine replaced. She provided a loaner car for me and was courteous and communicated with me throughout the entire 3 weeks. Brenda communicated with my extended warranty group and passed the information on to me.
