Whether you’re coming in for routine maintenance or something more complex, I make it a point to listen compassionately and provide the information you need to make an informed decision about your car. Originally from Escondido, CA, I’ve been in the automotive industry for about five years now and I’m a Master Certified Advisor. Before that, I served in the U.S. Army and have had the great fortune to live in Germany, Holland and all over America. When I’m not working, I love to cook.

Brenda communicated very well and I appreciated that. The parts costs were pretty crazy. The Ford MSRP +30% was not reasonable as a customer. That is unfortunately not something I was expecting. The markup OVER MSRP is not within industry standard.
