I'm proud to have won a participation ribbon for the most high fives given in a single minute (138 of them)! What can I say, I have many special talents. My friends and coworkers will tell you that I'm easygoing and love to laugh. I'm from Kennewick and I love to spend my off-hours skateboarding. I'm the happy father to my five-year old son, Abel, who I will certainly teach the secrets of skateboarding and high-speed high fives. My customers tell me that they like working with me because I do my best to make the car-buying process as fun as possible. Working with the Bruce Titus family is a privilege and I'm grateful for the opportunity to make a big difference in the lives of our customers. Gerardo dealt with a picky client, with aplomb. He showed me what I wanted and never tried to up sell me, yet he still showed me in stock vehicles in case I wanted upgraded. accessories. Once I decided on a vehicle he turned me over to the "money men" who worked their magic and got me a lease that fit my monthly budget. Were able to do this because they were up front with the fact that there would be a maintenance fee of $25 a month. No other dealer explained that to me except Port Orchard Ford. That is truth in lending that every one else claims but forgets to follow. Will continue to use Gerardo for my transportation needs in the future.
