I’m proud to be a repeat winner of Honda’s President’s Award as well as the recipient of multiple scholarships for my work. With nine years of experience in the industry, I work here at Bruce Titus because of my passion for good vehicle maintenance. I’ve lived in Washington state all my life; I’m originally from Gig Harbor and went to Peninsula High School. My coworkers know me for my extensive home audio collection. Customers like that I make sure they feel comfortable at all points of their experience in our department. I work hard to make sure that our customers are understood and given all the information they need to make the best decisions for their vehicle.

Jacob went out of his way to make our service appointment a painless event .If you suspect your Ford is exhibiting safety issues ,take it to Jacob immediately. The problem was diagnosed in a timely manner and I was updated on the progress as the repair commenced.

I definitely appreciated your getting me in as quickly as you did. I also appreciated that you were willing to do what I asked even though I doubt that it was your preferred approach to dealing with the symptoms. And that you were willing to accept my understanding that what I wanted might not be the whole solution. So far based on a 28 mile run home the truck has run as well as it has ever run. Maybe we won the easy way.
