About Jacob
I’m proud to be a repeat winner of Honda’s President’s Award as well as the recipient of multiple scholarships for my work. With nine years of experience in the industry, I work here at Bruce Titus because of my passion for good vehicle maintenance. I’ve lived in Washington state all my life; I’m originally from Gig Harbor and went to Peninsula High School. My coworkers know me for my extensive home audio collection. Customers like that I make sure they feel comfortable at all points of their experience in our department. I work hard to make sure that our customers are understood and given all the information they need to make the best decisions for their vehicle.

Jacob was really great to work with. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. I am recently widowed and only trust Port Orchard Ford as we have been going there before my husband passed last year. Jacob understood my concerns and made sure my vehicle was in tip top shape. I don't live close and even had a recall that had to be taken care of. Jacob made sure that I was in and out as quickly as possible.
