About Jacob
I’m proud to be a repeat winner of Honda’s President’s Award as well as the recipient of multiple scholarships for my work. With nine years of experience in the industry, I work here at Bruce Titus because of my passion for good vehicle maintenance. I’ve lived in Washington state all my life; I’m originally from Gig Harbor and went to Peninsula High School. My coworkers know me for my extensive home audio collection. Customers like that I make sure they feel comfortable at all points of their experience in our department. I work hard to make sure that our customers are understood and given all the information they need to make the best decisions for their vehicle.

Great! Very pleased with the mobile service and also the mobile pick up of my truck from my residence for the transmission flush. Thank you for sending a courtesy car to pick me up when you were unable to deliver my truck to my house. I have recommended port orchard ford to several people.

With an appointment, a transmission service shouldn’t take 7.5 hours. I shouldn’t have to walk into a dealership because nobody returns calls and Voicemails shouldn’t go unanswered.
