Welcome! Karen Byard here, a receptionist for the best dealership in town who cannot wait to meet you and help you get closer to your automotive solution. This is my first experience working in the auto industry, and I joined the team in March 2022. Regardless if I’m involved in scheduling appointments, answering product questions via telephone, or assisting customers in person, I’m always full of energy and love working with guests and colleagues. We are a genuine team here, and everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand. Customers enjoy my warm attitude, professionalism, and positivity. My coworkers refer to me as bubbly, effervescent, refreshing, delightful, and chipper in style and personality. Outside of work, my hobbies and interests include reading, enjoying classic movies, gardening, listening to music, and taking my little Chihuahua on road trips, especially to beaches and nearby mountains. Overall, I love working with the whole Bruce Titus Ford Team, and I relish meeting and being able to serve those who come and visit. People are fascinating, and every day is an adventure.
